All orders placed and paid by Friday (with proof of payment) are packed and shipped the following Monday.(Except stock breakage)

All pieces are properly packed.

If the pieces arrive damaged, we will send a second unit at no  additional cost. (after proof of damage)

Two delivery attempts are made by our carrier. If delivery is not successful, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Delivery between 48h-72h

Shipments to the islands (Açores, Madeira) made by CTT carrier.
